Split into three levels with ample space to spread out and have fun, the sleeping arrangements are sublime, emphasized by its 7 King beds, 3 sets of Full Bunk beds and 2 sets of Twin Bunk beds throughout. Taking comfort to the next level, you will adore coming back to relax after a long day of adventuring when you soak in either of the two divine hot tubs located on the delightful decks. In addition to its more relaxing offerings, Grand Point also boasts 9 TVs throughout, a gas fireplace, two sets of washers and dryers, as well as a fantastic propane fire table. Grand Point also features a massive pull through driveway that can accomodate numerous vehicles and trailers in addition to its 3 car heated garage. And while its amenities are unmatched, the location will take your vacation experience to the next level in that you are just moments away from the roar of excitement in Lead and Deadwood, the adrenaline rush that is Terry Peak Ski Area and just a short drive away from the iconic Spearfish Canyon, Mt. One of the perks of staying in Powder House Pass is that you will have complimentary access to the Community Building with meeting rooms, a kitchen, game room and outdoor patio with a year round heated pool and fire tables. A second larger unheated swimming pool and splash pad are available from Memorial Day through Labor Day!
