Staying in Powder House Pass gives you quick access to outdoor recreation including snowmobile trails, ATV trails, hiking, biking and overall adventuring! If you'd rather enjoy nightlife and dining on vacation, Historic Deadwood is 15 minutes away with gambling casinos, fine dining, and year round events. For the history buffs, there are various museums depicting the areas rich gold mining history less than 15 minutes away in both Lead and Deadwood. Don't forget our neighbors in the Southern Black Hills, Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore National Memorial and the Crazy Horse Memorial are all just over an hour away.
