Black Hills Cabin Rentals (BHCR) is a booking agent/management company for vacation homes. These properties are independently owned. Lessee agrees to all terms and conditions of rental contract
BHCR will not be held liable for damages, losses, delay, or expense caused by weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
BHCR reserves the right to change accommodations without notice due to maintenance emergencies or sale of home. Attempts will be made to provide accommodations or upgrade.
BHCR reserves the right to adjust the rate or cancel an online reservation if the reservation was made with the Holiday, Regular or Rally Rate not being listed on our website for the rate period of the reservation. Please call if you have any questions.

BHCR requires that the individual renting the cabin must be at least 21 years old. A couple of our cabin owners require the age to be 25, some are 30. If this is so, it will be noted on the cabin’s information page.
Yes, a copy of the renter’s driver’s license is required. BHCR also reserves the right to request copies of driver’s licenses from everyone who will be staying in the cabin.

BHCR accepts Visa, Discover and Master Card. There is a 2% processing fee.

In order to hold the cabin: 1-night stay, damage insurance ($45 or $1500 refundable deposit) and travel insurance (optional) are required to hold the cabin and the 1-night stay is non-refundable should you cancel.
The remainder of the fees (cabin rental, sales tax, and cleaning) will be charged to your card on file (30) thirty days (approximately) prior to the reservation date (unless otherwise stated- ex. Rally).
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (30) thirty days prior to your arrival date. No monetary refunds are made.

For more information, please click here. The remainder of the balance is due in two equal installments, January 1st (if applicable) and June 1st and non-refundable once paid.
Our cabins have a standard 2 day minimum rental requirement. However, some cabins require 3 or more days. If this is the case, it will be noted on the cabin’s information/rate page.

Check-in is 4 p.m. (MT) and check-out is 10 a.m. (MT) Please follow these times.
All cabins are non-smoking.
If pets are allowed in the cabins, it will be noted on each cabin’s information page.
No tents/campers or any other kind of camping are allowed on any of our properties.
Since our cabins are located in the Black Hills National Forest, all campfires and fire pits are strictly prohibited. If an individual(s) is caught having an outside fire, fines and jail time could be involved. *A few select cabins do have fire pits but all rules MUST be followed for use of the fire pits, fines may be incurred with misuse*
Unless expressly stated under amenities of the cabin description, there is no air conditioning, WIFI or satellite TV.
The directions will be emailed to you 7-10 days prior to your arrival.
Bed linens, towels, cookware, dinnerware and kitchen utensils are provided for basic vacation needs as well as a starter supply of soap and paper products. If you run out, you will need to get more.
The hot tubs are routinely serviced. If the hot tub becomes inoperable during your stay, and maintenance cannot be performed, please contact the office or our emergency number. Many times the cabins are rented back-to-back, and the hot tub may not be useable on the night of your arrival. There will be no refunds for an inoperable or cold hot tub. The renter assumes all responsibility for themselves and guests in the care and use of the hot tub. Black Hills Cabin Rentals is not responsible for any act of negligence in the use of a hot tub or any accidents. Extreme care and caution must be taken. Use at your own risk.
